While we strive to display colors and product aesthetics as faithfully as possible, variations may occur due to photographic lighting and individual screen settings. Therefore, the color visible on your device may not perfectly reflect the actual shade of the product. Minor discrepancies in color are to be expected.

Our products are shipped within 24 hours and will reach you between 3-6 days. However, if it involves handwork then it may take up to 10 days to ship from our office.

Please note that the ‘Adult Size Option’ falls under our customized offerings. As such, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments for customized items. Additionally, customized pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund.

In the event that the product you receive differs from what was ordered, we request that you notify us promptly. Upon review and approval of your claim, you may return the product to our office. A full refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important: To qualify for a refund, an unedited video of the product being unboxed is mandatory.
